20. Accordingly, in view of this legal settled position, let me advert
to appreciation of the facts in the present case. As discussed above,
the rate of rent for the suit property was Rs.6000/ per month in the
year 2016 and therefore, I am duly satisfied that suit premises being
a commercial property could easily fetch the amount of Rs. 10,000/
per month as rental value to the plaintiff during the period of
unauthorized occupancy by the defendant and therefore, I am of the
view that plaintiff is entitled for mesne profits @ Rs. 10,000/ per
month. As discussed above in the findings of Issue no.2, the tenancy
