In assailing the order passed by respondent District
Collector Land Reforms (Annexure-1), it has been submitted that
respondent exceeded its jurisdiction in making a mini Trial and
thereby refusing to refer the matter to the Bataidari Board. He has
relied in this regard on 1979 PLJR 247(Dhanji Singh Vs. State of
Bihar).
