this purpose, counsel has also relied upon a decision rendered by the co-
ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Rajkumar Tinker Vs. The State of
Madhya Pradesh passed in M.Cr.C. No.388 of 2017 dated 20.04.2022 , this
Court finds that a case for interim relief is made out.
