State (Govt of NCT) Delhi Crl. A. No. 313/2010 decided on 04.07.2012.
The facts of the said case are somewhat similar to this case. In the said
case also the prosecutrix was taken to several places by accused but she
never raised any hue and cry. The observation of Hon'ble Justice A.K.
Pathak are worthwhile to mention here.
