wherein, the learned Division Bench has observed that in case
of any dispute with regard to the height, it is the Civil Court of
Patna High Court CWJC No.2124 of 2019 dt.17-10-2024

the competent jurisdiction where the person aggrieved can
redress his/her grievance.
