that, presumption under Section 20 of P.C. Act can only be
in respect to ofence under Section 7 and not the ofences
under Section 13 (1) (d) (i) and (ii) of the P.C. Act. It is only
on the proof of acceptance of illegal gratifcation that
presumption can be drawn under Section 20 of the Act.
