judgment of our own High Court in case Union of India
Vs Victor Namdi Okpo:2010 (4) JCC (Narcotics) 188
wherein their Lordships had held that the non- joining
of public witnesses by the prosecution is not fatal.
Hence, the depositions of the police witnesses only
cannot be thrown away and disbelieved for merely the
non joining of the public witnesses.
