On considering the submissions and the Supreme
Court judgment passed in the case of Dishnet
Wireless Ltd. vs. The Commercial Tax Officer and
Anr , it is directed that the amount of tax (VAT)
outstanding shall be paid by the petitioner however, the
penalty amount shall remain stayed till the next date of
hearing.
