2. For parity of reasons given in the Full Bench Judgment of this Tribunal in the matter of Central Government SAG (S-29) Pensioners Association & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.(supra), present Original Application is allowed in the same terms, and the directions would be in terms of the prayer contained in Para no.8(iii) & (iv) of present Original Application, with all consequential benefits.
