It is further submitted that it is a settled position of law that where there is a violation of statutory provisions, bail is liable to be cancelled. Reliance has been placed upon the judgment in Jagjeet Singh and Another Vs. Ashish Mishra alias Monu and Others , (2022) 9 SCC 321 .
