In ST Bandi versus Divisional Traffic Officer, KSRTC, Supreme Court Case, the person who was in unauthorised occupation, was asked to be evicted on 12.06.1997. Ultimately, the matter was taken up before the Appellate Court. From there, it went to the High Court. Then, from the single court, it went to the Division Bench. Thereafter, the matter was taken up before the Supreme Court. Ultimately, the hon. Supreme Court, on 13.07.2004, passed an order of eviction.
