The point, however, is not of much importance, for it seems to us that if this case is to be decided upon the principles which are laid down in the case just cited, Mahadeo Prasad v. Jagar Deo Gir (1916) I.L.R. 38 All. 260, then we must agree with the lower court and hold that the appellants here have no right of pre-emption.
