Learned State counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner if
not already considered, will be considered keeping in view the Anurag
Chahal's case (supra) and appropriate order will be passed within a period
of 8 weeks from the receipt of copy of this order and in case, the petitioner is
found entitled for any relief, the same will also be extended to her. Learned
State counsel further submits that qua the grievance of the petitioner for
allowing her to continue in service, the petitioner will be

allowed to continue her service till the work load exists or the regular
incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
