13. Having considered the aforesaid, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed. The entire criminal proceedings of Criminal Case No.1124/2021, (State Vs. Ram Nayan and others), arising out of F.I.R./Case Crime No.0345/2021, Under Section 2, 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Police Station Chanda, District Sultanpur, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.17, Sultanpur are hereby quashed qua the applicants.
