2. The questions of law referred to in the present petitions are similar to
that raised in the case of M/s Sonex Auto Industries (P) Ltd., Bhadurgarh, vs.
State of Haryana in VATAP No.48 of 2012, decided on 25.07.2014, by this
Court. This fact has not been disputed by learned State counsel.
