4. Considering the arguments advanced by both the sides,
relying upon judgment of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in
Reckitt Binckiser (India) Ltd. (supra), Division Bench of this
court in Reckitt Binckiser India Ltd. (supra) and following
principles of judicial discipline, the present petitions are allowed.
