(1982) 3 SCC 235: (AIR 1982 SC 1473: 1982 Lab IC 1646), it was laid down that
public interest litigation could be initiated not only by filing formal
petitions in the High Court but even by sending letters and telegrams so as
to provide easy access to Court.
