24. It is now well settled that any electronic evidence, which is of
secondary nature, is mandatorily required to be proved under Section 65B
of Evidence Act and in absence of any certificate, the electronic evidence,
in this case is the print outs of E-mails, cannot be read in evidence.
Reliance in this regard has been placed on Anvar P.V v. P.K Basheer &
Ors, (2014) 10 SCC 473.
