Geologist, Department of Mining and Geology and others,
wherein the Hon'ble Apex Court at paragraph (3) has
raised a question as to - Whether the owners of jenmom
lands in the Malabar area are the proprietors of the soil
and the minerals underneath the soil - the Apex Court
has answered the said question The Hon'ble Apex
