7. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made
and also bearing in mind the fact that the parties have been
living separately for the last thirteen years and there is no
possibility of any reconciliation between them, we deem it
just and proper to allow the application filed under Section
13-B(2) of the Act, by placing reliance on the decision of the
Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Amardeep Singh vs.
Harveen Kaur (supra). In the circumstances, the application
filed under Section 13-B(2) of the Act is allowed.
