contract-Cover note-Insurance policy-Held that till the time the policy is
issued, the cover note itself covers the peril and as per 2008(1)CLT 70 titled
Rita Devi Vs. NIC& Ors., Honble National
Commission New Delhi has held that: Insurance policy-Interpretation of-When
two reasonable interpretations of the terms of the policy are possible, the
interpretation which favours the insured is to be
accepted and not the interpretation which favours the
insurer.
