4456/14) titled as Archana Vs. Sunil Sharma for offence
under Section 138 NI Act and in the said criminal
complaint, the accused ( revisionist herein) was convicted
by Ld. MM vide order dated 09.04.2013 and was
sentenced vide order dated 11.04.2013 to suffer TRC and
to pay a fine of Rs. 2,55,000/- out of which Rs. 2,54,000/-
was to be paid as compensation to complainant and in
default of payment of fine to undergo SI for 15 days.
