In view of these observations, this Court is of opinion that the decisions cited on the
question of copyrights, and the amplitude of the various right rights, cannot be blindly replicated
or followed, having regard to the difference in structure, in the Indian enactment, and the
judgment in the Eastern MPA case, of the Supreme Court.
