Mr.N.Manokaran, would also rely upon the judgement of this Court in Karuppusamy vs. S.Karunaiyammal & others reported in 2011 (2) MWN (Civil) 1 wherein, this Court after referring to Thiruvengada Pillai case cited supra held that it is for the parties to prove proper execution of the document. It is also held that even though there is no bar for the Court to compare the signature, the Court must record finding on the features of the signatures that were compared. In the absence of such finding, comparison should not be relied upon.
