Diravia Nadar and Ors. (1991)1 L.W. 502 and in P.L. Kantha Rao v. State of A.P. . In the case on hand, as stated earlier, no further procedures have to be followed to quantify the amount or to pass the decree, so, the abovesaid decisions relied on by the learned Counsel do not give any assistance to the case of the petitioner.
