31/2024 titled Rahul Sharma v. State & Ors. seeking directions to transfer the
pending trial before the said learned ASJ to any other Court of the same
competent jurisdiction. Vide the impugned order dated 21.10.2024, the
learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts,
Delhi dismissed the said petition.
