Thereafter the petitioners filed revision against the order rejecting the objection filed by petitioners. The revisional court vide its order dated 24th July, 2004 dismissed the revision filed by the petitioner-judgment debtor against the order dismissing the objections filed by the petitioner. Thus this writ petition. The petitioner-judgment debtor submitted that since no execution appeal can be filed against the order against which the revision was filed in view of Division Bench decision of this Court in Jamaluddin and Ors. v. Asimullah and Ors., AIR 1974 All 69. Paragraph 4 of the aforesaid judgment, which has been relied upon by the petitioner-judgment debtor is reproduced below :
