The Supreme Court again referred to the principles laid down in Shetty (S.S) case 1957-II L.L.J. 696 (vide supra) and held that taking into account the fact that the workers were temporary and not permanent it would be an equitable measure of monetary value of the benefit in that case if one year's salary was allowed.
