Carona Ltd., (supra), paragraph 2 of the said Judgment clearly
quoted prayers in the Arbitration Petition which were the subject
matter of that Judgment. In that case it is clear that the principal

relief which was sought was direction to the Respondents to hand
over possession of the licensed premises. There was no prayer of
refund of the security deposit. In this context the said Judgment is
clearly distinguishable and has no application.
