Considering above, this matter may be taken under violation case
under EIA Notification, 2006 provisions and dealt as per the
MoEFCC O.M. 7th July 2021. However, it is pertinent to mention
here that Hon'ble Supreme Court stayed the operation of the
Office Memoranda dated 7th July 2021 in W.P. NO. 1394/2023
titled Vanashakti Vs Union of India vide order dated 2.1.2024.
