4. The respondent No.4 by order dated 27.03.2025 abruptly
canceled/revoked the order granting renewal of the mining lease
and declared the Supplementary Agreement to be null and void in
terms of Rule 75 of the Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(hereinafter referred to as 'Rules of 2017'). The same was done
essentially in light of the order dated 09.05.2024 passed by
Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Writ Petition(s) (Civil)
