2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the judgment in the
case of Ved Marwah and Ors Vs. New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC)
and Ors. 248 (2018) DLT 781; MANU/DE/1214/2018 has been challenged
by the respondent in the Supreme Court and the matter is pending in the
Supreme Court in SLP(C) Diary No(s) 28752/2018. Accordingly, liberty is
granted to the parties to seek hearing of this matter as per the decision of the
Supreme Court in SLP(C) Diary No(s) 28752/2018.
