Learned counsel for respondents submit that for general category, initially, cut off marks in written examination were 65, later on, it was changed to 75 however pursuant to the directions of this court in the case of Prem Prakash Sharma (supra) those candidates were adjudged suitably for trade test if secured earlier cut off marks but subject to the condition that they had earlier approached this court.
