In the judgment of the Apex
Court relied upon by the learned counsel appearing for the
Board, in the case of SHILPI BOSE (supra), it is clearly
held that, the courts should not interfere with a transfer
order, which is made in public interest and for
administrative reasons, unless transfer orders are made in
violation of mandatory statutory rule or on the ground of
malafide. In the case on hand, the cancellation order is
passed in violation of the statutory rules.
