For the reasons mentioned herein above, I find force in the revision and the same is allowed. The judgment and order dated 4.2.2020, passed by the Special Judge, (POCSO Act), Sitapur in Appeal No.3 of 2020 as well as the order dated 23.12.2019, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitapur with regard to Criminal Case No.115 of 2019, State v. Anand and others, Case Crime No.23 of 2019, under Sections 363,366, 376D,506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S.Sidhauli, District Sitapur, whereby the bail applications of juvenile accused Anand was rejected, are set aside.
