34. It is noteworthy that the heavy reliance placed by the Judgment Debtor on
the decision in Bank of Baroda is entirely misplaced. Paragraph 2 of the said
judgment clearly sets out the question that arose for consideration in that case
namely, "what is the period of limitation for filing an application for execution
of a foreign decree from a reciprocating country in India?".
