5.5. Therefore, this Court is inclined to quash the
impugned judgment dt.21.01.2020 so passed by the
learned Addl. Sessions Judge and Special Judge,
Phulbani in C.T. Case No.194 of 2016. While quashing
the impugned judgment, this Court directs for release
of the appellants from custody, if their custody is not
required in any other cases.
