M/S Tdi Infrastructure Ltd vs Kanika Agarwal on 5 May, 2022
1. By order dated 5th May 2022, stay of operation and execution of
the order dated 10th March 2022, passed by the learned NCDRC in
Revision Petition 157/2022 (M/s TDI Infrastructure Ltd. v. Kanika
Agarwal) was stayed, subject to deposit of the entire awarded amount
within six weeks.
