Jaggamoni Dasi vs Nilmoni Ghosal And Anr. on 13 July, 1882
The view I have taken appears to be in consonance with the decision of two Calcutta Judges in the case of Jaggamoni Dasi v. Nilmoni Ghosal 9 C. 75 : 11 C.L.R. 502 : 7 Ind. Jur. 252. I, therefore, reverse the decision of the District Court and restore the decree of the first Court with costs here and below.
