proof regarding giving of any police complaint before the concerned
police and if they refuse to receive or record any oral say, then
submitting of written complaint by Registered Post to the
Superintendent of Police or other superior officer and requirement
of filing of affidavit with the private complaint by the complainant
and the same no way shown complied with.
