The point
in issue is clearly covered by the Judgment of the Supreme Court of India in Dharam
Vir Anands case (supra). Respectfully following the same, we accept
this Revision Petition and set aside the Orders passed by the District Forum as
well as the State Commission. Consequently, the complaint is ordered to be
dismissed with no orders as to costs.
