Umadasi Dasi vs Emperor on 26 June, 1924

This general statement was considered in a later decision in Umadasi Dasi v. Emperor (2), and it was pointed out that in the majority of cases the aforesaid general statement might bold good; but there are exceptions to the general rule, particularly when there is evidence which satisfactorily establishes that the offence abetted is committed and is committed in consequence of the abetment.
