State Bar Council Of Madhya Pradesh vs Union Of India on 16 December, 2021
By reference to the decision of the Supreme
Court in the case of State Bar Council of MP Vs.
Union of India being SLP(C) 10911 of 2021 being an
order dated 16.12.2021, it is submitted that the
Supreme Court had requested the High Courts to
entertain challenges to orders of Debts Recovery
Tribunals, as a stop-gap measure until appointment of
a full time Chariman to the Debts Recovery Appellate
Tribunals.
