(8) On second appeal in this Court Shri Sital A. K. Dar, the learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed very lengthy and elaborate arguments urging that section 20 of the Act is mandatory and that the claim of the landlady is nto bona fide because she frankly admits that she does nto want to re-let the house to the tenant after re-construction. He has sought assistance from the following two decisions of the Punjab High Court by R. P. Khosia, J.- BUADass v. Pare Lal Dewan Chand, and Labhu Ram v. Ram Parkash.
