It is appropriate to refer to Hameed Joharan (supra), first at this stage, therein it is held that Article 136 of the Limitation Act, 1963 provides that limitation period for execution of decree begins to run from the date of decree which is the date when rights stand crystallized and decree becomes enforceable.
