State Of Madhya Pradesh vs Ramprakash And Ors. on 5 October, 1988
In the light of aforesaid and at the cost of
repetition, in my opinion, the judgment passed in State of
MP vs. Ramprakash (supra) is a judgment in rem. The
same can be said about the order dated 1.11.2011
(Annexure P/3). Resultantly, this petition is disposed of
by following directions :-
