20. While considering this defence, taken by the accused before the Ld. Trial Court, Ld. Trial Court observed that accused has taken the defence that the cheque was given as security cheque in respect of the loan of Rs. 20,000/-, however, the said contention by itself, will not absolve the accused of his liability and Ld.
