42. PW1 also relief upon affidavit of defendant no.1 Ex PW1/6
and possession slip Ex PW1/7 executed by defendant no.1. Those
documents did not create any right, title or interest in favour of
Late Ajeet Pal Singh with respect to first and second floor without
roof rights of the suit property in question in the wake of Suraj
Lamp & Industries Pvt. Ltd. Vs State of Haryana and Ors
(supra). Infact possession slip was only signed by defendant no.1
and was not signed by any person below the column of
"purchaser". Therefore, said possession slip was incomplete and
no reliance can be placed on the said document.
