not in dispute that plaintiffs have earlier filed a suit for specific
performance against the builders for executing the sale deed in their
respective favour. That was the occasion for the plaintiff also to ask for
direction to the builders/promoters to execute the Deed of Apartment
containing the description of common areas and facilities including
interalia roof/terrace. But, plaintiffs remained content with the
execution of the sale deed. Hon'ble High Court in case titled as
