In the result, this revision succeeds and is allowed. The impugned judgment and order dated 21.05.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge (POCSO Act), Azamgarh dismissing the Criminal Appeal No.4 of 2020 (Ankit Vs. State of U.P.), filed under Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (for short ''the Act') and affirming an order of Juvenile Justice Board, Azamgarh dated 13.01.2020 refusing the bail plea to the revisionist in Case Crime No.229 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366, 376-D, 120-B, 323, 328, 506 I.P.C., and Section ¾ of P.O.C.S.O. Act, Police Station Deedarganj, District Azamgarh, are hereby set aside and reversed. The bail application of the revisionist stands allowed.
